These terms and conditions apply to the Tina Riley Jewellery website located at www.tinarileyjewellery.com. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
BY USING OUR SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of order and again when the goods are dispatched.
Goods will be sent out in within 5-10 working days after clearance of payment unless specific components are out of stock in which case we will aim to send within 30 working days.
A full refund will be given if it is not possible to complete the order due to specific stones no longer being available.
Necklace weights and lengths will be provided under Additional Information on the product page. Please check that it is right for you before ordering as items of unsuitable length cannot be returned.If you like a necklace on the site but it is too long or too short for you it may well be possible for me to tailor make to your desired length if I have suitable stones. Do fee free to ask
Please note that Tina Riley Jewellery is uniquely hand-made and cast to the highest possible standards. Any manufactured components are purchased from However due to the hand-made nature of the jewellery and the use of silver, copper and natural, semi-precious stones there may at times be slight variations from the product image on the website. Images of Goods appearing on the Seller’s website are represented as accurately as possible. Unfortunately, Tina Riley Jewellery cannot accept jewellery as faulty on the grounds of any differences in appearance to pictures of the jewellery as featured on the website.
The Customer shall inspect the jewellery immediately upon receipt and shall notify Tina Riley Jewellery by email within seven working days if the jewellery is damaged or do not comply with the terms of the Contract. If the Customer fails to do so, the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the jewellery.
Delivery of the jewellery shall be made to the Customer’s address specified in the Order and the Customer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the jewellery whenever they are tendered for delivery.
We accept payment via Paypal and credit/debit card online using the Paypal secure payment gateway. We also accept payment by Direct Bank Transfer (BACS) and cheque.
Riley Art is not VAT registered.
