Shipping & Returns

We ship to the UK, Europe (EU) and the USA and use the Royal Mail Tracked & Signed service.

How long will delivery take?

Goods will be sent out in within 5-10 working days. With UK delivery expected next working day after despatch. We will notify the buyer by email on the day of despatch. For Outside the UK, delivery may take longer. Delivery time after your order is dispatched is dependent on the country we are shipping to and the delivery method. Please see the guidelines below:

Shipping Costs

Mainland UK Delivery

£8.00 – Royal Mail Special Delivery. Tracked & Signed service. Aims to deliver by 1pm next day.

Europe (EU) Delivery

£10.00 – Royal Mail Airmail. Tracked & Signed service. Aims to deliver to Europe within 5 working days.


£12.00 – Royal Mail Airmail. Tracked & Signed service.  Aims to deliver to USA within 7 working days



We request that customers check their order upon receipt and notify us by email at within seven working days if the Goods are faulty or damaged.

If you are unhappy with your purchase or it is damaged in any way you must inform me within 5-10 days by email. You must then return the jewellery in it’s original packaging as received- unworn. I strongly recommend that you send it insured by Royal Mail special or similar, insured, tracked and signed for if sending from abroad.

If a customer fails to inform us of a problem within seven working days of receipt of the order, the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.

Dependent on the situation, we may ask you to return the item to us for an exchange or refund. We will certainly do everything we can to satisfy a customer who experiences a problem.

Authorised returns must be despatch to the address below within 14 days of authorisation. Items must be in the same condition as received and in their original packaging.

Please make sure you include a note with your name, address and order number with any return.

Unfortunately we cannot refund your postage costs when you return an item to us unless the item is faulty or damaged.

We recommend that you send your order back to us using a Tracked & Signed service as we cannot be held responsible for any parcel lost during transit to us.

Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for earrings, unless faulty, for hygiene reasons.
